CHECKOUT OUR CLASS SCHEDULE

We offer a variety of programs and summer workshops for every athlete and child. Weekdays and weekends are available for all ages. There is open enrollment for all workshops and classes online as well as drop-in options for the summer. Team placements will take place July.

Mission

The mission of LYM is to promote fitness, wellness, and equity for all through programs and athletic teams by Increasing self-esteem and confidence for every person encountered, encouraging leadership qualities in individuals and contribute to personal awareness and skill growth.
